[attr="class","lars"] pokemon tag words 291 notes and that's a wrap! | Now that the Linoone had been immobilized, it was easier to put them to sleep. Once the Normal-type had passed out after the Exeggutor’s status change had taken effect, he motioned to the Metang to let the now-slumbering Linoone down onto the ground beside its companion Water-type.
“Now we hope they stay asleep for some time, at least until they come to pick them up,” he said, before beckoning Thor and Zeis over. While the Scyther was closer, it took the Electabuzz a few moments to join his human companion. “There’ll be next time, Thor. Don’t look at me like that,” he said to the Electric-type, who’d let out a dissenting noise of disapproval—how he’d wanted to drop that promised Thunderbolt on something; but that wasn’t going to be today.
“Same to you, Zeis. I know you’re itching for a battle. I owe both you and Thor that,” he added a few moments later, watching as the dual-type approached as well. Two beams of red light shot out, recalling both Pokémon to their containment units for some rest.
And then, there it was.
“I’ve had him since I was eleven,” he began, looking over at the Metang, who then hovered over closer to him and let out a grating, humming noise. “He’s been my partner since then.”
Of course, his curiosity was piqued by one particular grass-type, and he tilted his head in the Decidueye’s direction.
“How about that one, where’d you manage to find him? Or her,” he asked, taking a quick look at his PokéGear and pointing it at the Decidueye, checking if he had any data on this particular Pokémon of hers. “Been looking for one of them for quite some time, but no luck so far.”
